Implants

Implant-driven oral rehabilitiation has evolved over the past 25 years to state-of-the-art reconstruction.  With 10 year success rates in the 95% + range, implants  now reflect standard-of-care approaches to the restoration of missing teeth.  Now with emerging technologies, we are more able than ever to place implants without the need for bone grafting and, in many instances, even without making an incision.

Strategies For Implant Reconstruction

Though there are many different options for implant reconstruction, the more common settings include replacement of a single missing tooth, stabilization of a complete mandibular (lower) denture with 2 or more implants, and stabilization of a complete maxillary (upper) denture.
